(“Noble” or the “Company”) (TSXV: NOB) (OTCQB: NLPXF) is pleased to announce that on May 15, 2026, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List) issued a final order approving the previously announced plan of arrangement under the Business Corporations Act (Ontario) (the “Arrangement”). Receipt of the final order follows Noble’s special meeting of shareholders held on May 7, 2026, where a special resolution approving the Arrangement was overwhelmingly approved by the voting shareholders of Noble.
