Toronto, Ontario -- May 8, 2018 -- Noble Mineral Exploration Inc. ("Noble") is pleased to announce that it has signed an Option and Joint Venture Agreement with Spruce Ridge Resources Ltd. (TSXV: SHL) ("Spruce Ridge" or the "Company") to earn a 75 percent interest in the Crawford Township Property (the "Crawford Property") on specific target areas having a size of up to 2000 hectares. The Crawford Property, comprises part of Noble's ~70,000 hectare Project 81.
