("Noble" or the "Company") (TSX-V:NOB, FRANKFURT: NB7, OTC.PK:NLPXF) announces that, subject to receiving final approval of the TSX Venture Exchange, it has completed a non-brokered private placement (the "Private Placement") of 5,484,091 common share units ("Common Share Units") at $0.11 per Common Share Unit. The aggregate gross proceeds raised in this Private Placement amount to $603,250. No finder's fee was paid in connection with the Private Placement.
