Private Placement
Noble closed its previously announced non-brokered private placement (the “Private Placement”). (Please see Noble’s news release of March 4, 2026.) Noble raised gross proceeds of approximately $1,050,000 (before fees and expenses) through the issuance of 7,000,000 flow-through common share units (“FT Units”) priced at $0.15 per unit.
