Toronto, Ontario – March 1, 2023 – Noble Mineral Exploration Inc. (“Noble” or the “Company”) (TSX-V:NOB, FRANKFURT: NB7, OTCQB:NLPXF) is pleased to announce the results of its Annual General and Special Meeting of shareholders held on February 22, 2023. (the “AGM”). At the AGM, the shareholders approved:
- the re-election of management’s nominees to the Board of Directors, namely: J. Birks Bovaird, Yvan Champagne, Michael Newbury, Samuel Peralta, and H. Vance White (each director being elected with over 90% of votes cast);
- the re-appointment of MNP LLP as the Company’s auditor for the upcoming year, and also authorized the directors to fix the renumeration of the auditors (approved by approximately 90% of votes cast); and
- the Amended and Restated 2022 Equity Incentive Plan of the Company (approved by over 90% of votes cast).
