("Noble" or the "Company") (TSX-V:NOB, FRANKFURT: NB7, OTC.PK:NLPXF) announces the closing of its previously announced (see the news release issued on January 23, 2019 by Noble) non-brokered private placement (the "Private Placement"), involving the issuance of 10,050,000 common share units ("Common Share Units") priced at $0.10 per Common Share Unit. The aggregate gross proceeds raised in this Private Placement amount to $1,005,000.
