("Noble" or the "Company") (TSX-V:NOB, FRANKFURT: NB7, OTC.PK:NLPXF) announces that Mr. Robert Suttie has been appointed Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") of Noble, effective April 1, 2016. Mr. Suttie replaces Mr. Gaetan Chabot, who has resigned as CFO of the Company. Mr. Chabot will remain available to the Company as a consultant and resource.
