Toronto, Ontario – June 21, 2021 – Noble Mineral Exploration Inc. (“Noble” or the “Company”) (TSX-V:NOB, FRANKFURT: NB7, OTCQB:NLPXF) is pleased to announce that it has entered into an agreement to acquire the Buckingham graphite property, which is located in the Outaouais region of Western Québec, and to engage Wayne Holmstead as the Company’s Exploration Manager. Pursuant to the agreement that was signed between the parties, when Noble completes the acquisition of the Buckingham graphite property from Mr. Holmstead, the Company would also sign a consulting agreement for Mr. Holmstead to begin serving as Noble’s Exploration Manager.
